The Department of Art Education strives to create a climate of inclusivity for our faculty, staff, and students. As a department we acknowledge that we are imperfect and are constantly working towards building a more just academic community. As such, we are in the process of reviewing our curriculum, policies, and departmental culture to identify and address areas in need of reform. We see diversity and inclusion as a constant work in progress and not a final destination.
